Product Details:

Coffee Hullers (Africa Type) are specified by experienced processors in all parts of the world. These Hullers will hull the coffee in the whole cherry (Mbuni) or parchment form. It separates; discharge the hulls, delivering thoroughly as Quality Green coffee beans.The machine consists of a cylinder fitted with feeding ribs, enclosed in a strong casing. The bottom of the machinery which is fitted with Perforated screen (For Dry Parchment coffee) (or) Wire mesh (For Dry Cherry -Mbuni) Coffee to allow the husks to pass in to husk chamber. The hulling effected by means of the triturating action between the hulling blade (or) knife and the ribs on the cylinder.The cylinder at the feed end is provided with number of ribs set at an angle for facilitating the feed and allowing the coffee to proceed from one end of the cylinder to the other.At the delivery end, there are angular pieces terms as “Lifters” used for the purpose of the lifting the coffee to the delivery outlet spout.The high efficiency Blower fan fitted in the feed end frame of the machine blows out the coffee husks (shells) and dust from the coffee falling in the husk chamber.
